Minister of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth J.Aldarjavkhlan met with Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan Sattoriyon Matlubakhon Amonzod to discuss strengthening bilateral cultural cooperation.
At the beginning of the meeting, Minister J.Aldarjavkhlan welcomed the organization of the "Tajikistan Culture Days" in Mongolia and noted the steady development of cultural cooperation between the two countries in recent years.
The two sides exchanged views on promoting direct cooperation between theaters, museums, libraries, and other cultural institutions, supporting exchanges between artists and researchers, organizing Mongolian and Tajik film festivals in Ulaanbaatar and Dushanbe, and developing cultural tourism.
Concluding the meeting, Minister J.Aldarjavkhlan wished success to the Tajik artists participating in the concert and art exhibition being held that day and reaffirmed Mongolia's commitment to expanding cooperation in the areas discussed.
