Therefore, financing for Khutul Cement State Owned Company was allocated from Chinggis Bond for expansion and now the plant holds the capacity of 1 million tons per annum, abling the plant to provide 50 percent of the total domestic market demand.
MonCement Plant is being contstructed at Senj Khudag Lime stone deposit with 170 years resources.
This plant is developed by Senj Sant Company, daughter entiity of the Monpolimet LLC in Urgun soum of Dornogobi aimag. The plant is to use dry processing method with planned output of 1 million tons per annum, with aims to export in few years.
Khukh Tsav Cement Plant
Khukh Tsav Cement Plant is one the three biggest plants planned and is located at 300 km from Ulaanbaatar in Dalanjargalan soum of Dornogobi aimag based on Khukh Tsav Lime Stone deposit. This plant is under construction by Mongolyn Alt LLC and provisions capacity to produce 1 million tons per annum.
The plant provisions revenues of MNT 50 billion and creating over 700 jobs. As there is no cost attributed to the transportation of raw materials, management is quite positive that price for final product to be lower, which in turn will lead the housing prices to decline.
“Hermes Gakhiur” LLC Plant
Hermes Gakhiur LLC plant is being constructed at Biluut 2 lime stone deposit in Dalanjargalan soum of Dornogobi aimag. The plant to produce 240,000 tons of cement per annum.
The plant to launch its operations in coming August. The plant is to provide cement for bridge, airport and road construction.
