Parliament members involving in coal case revealed

The Independent Authority Against Corruption announced the names of members of parliament under investigation in connection with the coal theft case today /2022.12.13/. 

From the Democratic Party Group of the Parliament:

  • A.Adiyasuren, Member of Parliament
  • D.Bat-Erdene, Member of Parliament

From the People’s Party Group of the Parliament:

  • Ts.Anandbazar, Member of Parliament
  • N.Naranbaatar, Member of Parliament
  • B.Battumur, Member of Parliament
  • Ts.Sergelen, Member of Parliament
  • Sh.Radnaased, Member of Parliament

The IAAC reported that statements were taken from some of the people mentioned above and a border ban was imposed.

D.Togtokhsuren, Head of the MPP Group in the Parliament, informed yesterday “Members of the MPP group in the Parliament will not be protected if they are involved in or participated in coal theft. During the group session, the Prime Minister expressed his position that the law should serve everyone equally”.
