South Korea, Japan, Irkutsk and Ulan-Ude flights extended to March 28

On Sunday, State Emergency Commission held meeting and made following decisions.

The Minister of Road and Transportation B.Enkh-Amgalan said “International flights of South Korea, Japan, Irkutsk and Ulan-Ude are scheduled to be extended until March 28. Particular attention will be paid to flights from Turkey and Moscow. Further, citizens from third country will be banned and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will focus on visa issue”.

Minister of Food and Agriculture Ch.Ulaan reported “Meat supply can be increased by two times. Currently, we have 12,000 ton reserve meat which is sufficient for 4 months. 100 tons of meat will be sold daily through 279 sales points. 246,000 tons of rice is under reserve and there is reserve of manufacturing flour which can be used whole year around”. 

First Deputy Head of the National Emergency Management Agency, Brigadier General G.Ariunbuyan said “Donations from citizens and companies have reached to MNT 1 billion and the money will be spent for protection clothes and overtime salary of employees”.
