In July, the Silk Way Rally 2024 will be held.
The racers of the rally will arrive in Bayan-Ulgii province on July 9, 2024 through the Tsagaan Nuur port, in Khovd province on July 9-11, Govi-Altai province on July 11-13, Bayankhongor and Dundgovi province on July 14-15, and will arrive in Ulaanbaatar at final.
B.Bat-Erdene, the Minister of Environment and Tourism, emphasized that most of the route of this year's "Silk Way Rally 2024" international rally will pass through the territory of Mongolia which will make a valuable contribution to the development of tourism, as well as an opportunity to invest in the state budget.
The Minister mentioned that the Russian side is fully responsible for the financial issues of the rally, and Mongolia is adhering to the principle of not incurring any expenses.
As for Mongolia, we need to provide support for the Russian organizers and racers of the auto rally to quickly pass through the border and customs, and to ensure the safety of the racers and citizens during the race.
