L.Enkh-Amgalan, the Minister of Education of Science, is paying an official visit to Finland. Today, he held a meeting with Anita Lehikoinen, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education and Culture Finland, and exchanged views on education reforms in Finland and Mongolia.
Finland has been consistently successful in PISA assessments, and based on the 2022 results, policy reforms will be implemented in the areas of school management, teacher education and assessment, as well as the use of artificial intelligence in education and training, sustainable development, and the development of citizens' green skills.

Within the framework of the visit, L.Enkh-Amgalan visited the University of Helsinki in Finland, exchanged opinions on the teacher training system, and presented the three-pillar policy of teachers implemented in Mongolia. And they made a research on the possibility of implementing a joint program to strengthen the teacher training system, and to start cooperation between the Mongolian State University of Education and the University of Helsinki.

Also, the Minister of Education of Science of Mongolia visited the Early Childhood Education Center at the University of Helsinki, got acquainted with early childhood development and learning activities, and discussed the possibility of cooperation with the Preschool Education School of Mongolian State University of Education.
