Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, the President of Mongolia, will attend the commemorative events marking the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War on May 9, 2025, in Moscow, at the official invitation of Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
During his visit, President U.Khurelsukh will hold an official meeting with President V.V. Putin to exchange views on bilateral relations and future cooperation.
As part of the Victory Day celebrations, President U.Khurelsukh will attend the military parade on Red Square alongside other heads of state and high-ranking dignitaries. He will also lay flowers at the “Monument to the Unknown Soldier” in Alexander Garden.
In addition, the President is scheduled to visit Victory Park and lay flowers at the “Horses Striving for Victory” monument. He will meet with citizens of the Russian Federation and former Soviet Union who were honored with the titles of Hero of the Mongolian People's Republic and Hero of Labor.
The Mongolian Armed Forces will also take part in the Victory Day parade, symbolizing the longstanding historical friendship and military cooperation between the two nations.
