- In Ulaanbaatar, mortgage loans of MNT 398.7 billion were disbursed to 3332 households.
- In local areas, mortgage loans of MNT 153.7 billion were disbursed to 1934 households.
In the same period of 2022, MNT 532.4 billion loans were granted to 5895 households, of which MNT 436.4 billion loans were granted to 4422 households in Ulaanbaatar, and MNT 96.0 billion loans were granted to 1473 households in the local areas, within the framework of the program.
The loan decreased by MNT 37.7 billion in Ulaanbaatar, and increased by MNT 57.3 billion in local areas. As part of a mortgage loan program with a 3% interest in local areas, a total of MNT 32.6 billion loans have been disbursed as of October 23, 2023.
In the framework of the down payment guarantee fund, total 97 loans of MNT 7.9 billion were disbursed to 97 households and guarantees of MNT 1.4 billion were issued.
