At 09:21 AM on December 1, the General Emergency Management Department received a call about a fire at "Tes Petroleum" LLC, located in the 3rd bag, Darkhan-Uul soum, Darkhan-Uul province.
The AI-92 fuel storage tank with a capacity of 2,000 tons was on fire when the Emergency Agency arrived at the site.
The General Emergency Management Department reported that Firefighting units 22 and 54, and firefighting units 19 and 61 of Selenge province are on duty.
DBS TV of Darkhan-Uul province is reporting from the site and it said that one citizen was taken to the hospital in critical condition and two people are missing. The TV reporter said, "One warehouse has exploded. Due to the fire, the storage tank next to it may explode too, so people are evacuated from the area to ensure safety”.
