At the Cabinet meeting on October 7, 2026, customs duty rates on gasoline and diesel fuel imported through the Zamiin-Uud, Bulgan, and Shiveekhuren border crossings were set at zero.
The Cabinet approved a draft Government resolution establishing differentiated customs duty rates for certain petroleum products at designated border crossings, in line with regional development policies and economic priorities.
Under the resolution, the customs duty rate for AI-92 gasoline and diesel fuel imported through the Zamiin-Uud, Bulgan, and Shiveekhuren border crossings will be 0 percent from October 21, 2026, through December 31, 2028.
