Dr. Johanni Curtet, specialist of Mongolian khöömii has been bestowed by the decree of the President of Mongolia, Khürelsükh Ukhnaa, with the “Nairamdal” (Friendship) medal for his precious contribution to the development of Mongolian studies and the promotion of Mongolian cultural heritage abroad.
The medal was presented in Paris by Mrs. Nyamkhüü Ulambayar, Ambassador of Mongolia in France on November 22, 2021. The ceremony was assisted by the officials as Mrs. Nomin Chinbat, Minister of Culture, and Mr. Bum-Ochir Dulam, advisor to the President of Mongolia for cultural and religious affairs, as well as the delegation of French Mongolists among who the scholars granted with the state recognition.
