Parliament member and Director of the Mongolia-Europe Parliamentary Group N. Oyundari received an attaché from the European Union to Mongolia, Marco Perr, on December 4.
MP N. Oyundari said that Mongolia is prioritizing the expansion of its relations with European Union nations, some of the largest investors in Mongolia. She said, “The number of export products to the EU is limited. As a result, we can’t get enough access to customs tax waiver opportunities granted by the EU.”
She asked Perr to consider supporting investment from EU nations and to help introduce European emission standards in Mongolia. Perr agreed to cooperate on the matters presented.
