The Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) is an informal process of dialogue and cooperation bringing together the 28 European Union member states, 2 other European countries, and the European Union with 21 Asian countries and the ASEAN Secretariat.
ASEM first started in 1996, and is held biennially. 11th ASEM Summit will be held in Ulaanbaatar in July 15-16.

During these events, vehicles will be restricted by their license plate numbers. Ub Traffic police department will release restriction regulation statements before each event takes place.
