L.Enkh-Amgalan: 24 Services Digitized in the E-Mongolia System, Reaching 3.9 Million Citizens

The Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Protection along with the General Department of Social Insurance, is accelerating the digitization of social insurance services in Mongolia.

As of the first eight months of 2024, 24 services of 34 types of social insurance services have been digitized, with 16 of them integrated into the E-Mongolia platform, serving a total of 3.9 million citizens. This digital transformation allows for faster, more convenient, and transparent service delivery without time or location constraints, reducing congestion, costs, and risks of corruption.

L.Enkh-Amgalan, the Minister of Family, Labor, and Social Protection stated that future plans will intensify digitization efforts, enabling social insurance services to be fully delivered based on big data without requiring in-person visits from citizens, insurers, or employers.
