The “Ulaanbaatar-2026” Grand Slam judo tournament, held under the patronage of the President of Mongolia, will be held in Ulaanbaatar on June 19-21.
This year’s tournament is especially notable as the first competition to award ranking points toward the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
A total of 461 athletes, including 257 men and 204 women from 59 countries, have registered to compete in the Grand Slam. The tournament featured some of the world’s top judokas, including five Olympic champions and 25 world champions.
