Speaker N.Uchral to lay flowers at Monument to Unknown Soldier in Moscow

Speaker of the Parliament Uchral Nyam-Osor is on an official visit to the Russian Federation. On February 9, 2026, he met the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Eurasian Economic Commission to discuss bilateral and regional cooperation; a three-year agreement with the commission has been signed but has not yet entered into force.

On February 10, the Speaker will lay flowers at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier in Alexander Garden, Moscow, and will then take part in the second session of the Cooperation Council between the Parliament and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The Mongolian visiting delegation includes Minister of Road Transport J.Delgersaikhan, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources G.Damdinnyam, Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Kh.Badamsuren, Deputy Minister of the Economy and Development S.Davaasuren, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism G.Dashnyam, Chamber of Commerce and Industry President B.Lkhagvajav, and business owners from member companies.
