Yesterday (Aug 12, 2015), MPRP Leader N.Enhbayar arrived in Ulaanbaatar city at 11.30PM.
He was welcomed by the Minister of Health and Sport G.Shiilegdamba, MP O.Baasanhuu, Ts.Tsolmon, L.Oyunbaatar and Leader of Justice Coalition N.Battsereg at Chinggis Khaan International Airport.
The standing committee on Legal affairs of the State Great Hural (Parliament) approved the Law on Pardon behind the closed doors on Aug 11, 2015. MPRP members made a great efforts to pass this law.
According to the approval of this law, former President N.Enhbayar who involved in corruption may be pardoned. However, the working group led by chairman of standing committee on Legal affairs B.Ganbat said that the working group to particularly examine the high level officials in the government whether to pardon them.
Due to working group has not came up with the report yet, it is can not be believed that N.Enhbayar is pardoned.
