Tomorrow, April 2, Mongolian Economic Forum 2015 will have its opening ceremony and is to continue for two days. We have inquired on the position of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and which issues to be raised to protect and support the businesses in Mongolia from the President of MNCCI B.Lkhagvajav:
-Economic Forum focuses on raising issues and discussing the solutions. It is our advantage that we get together and are able to discuss the issues we are facing. I have been participating in this event every year. Last year I was participating at the panel meeting on Tax Reforms. The year before that I was expressing my stances on how the state subsidies affecting in negative ways to destroy the market by eliminating the competition and supporting the monopolies. This year I will represent the Chamber. We are to touch on the issues with Arbitrage Court. Businesses should make agreements and contracts and those should be protected by the legal entity, which is the arbitrage court. At Civil Court there are over 10 thousand cases discussed annually, whereas there is question whether the judge is competent enough to solve the business cases. Therefore, we are bringing this issue at this forum.
