According to the Emergency Headquarters of Erlian city, a decision to stop quarantine in Erlian city starting from 5 PM, September 12 except for three high-risk areas of the city was made. In relevance with the above decision, the Emergency Headquarters of Erlian will take the following organizational measures. It includes:
- Citizens must have a 48-hour PCR test to enter the city
- Citizens coming from high-risk areas must be quarantined for 7 days
- Citizens from medium-risk areas should be quarantined at home for 7 days
- Citizens from other places must have 2 tests in 3 days.
- Other public offices in the city will not be opened temporarily until the decision of the Emergency Headquarters made.
