The Primary Court of Bayanzurkh, Chingeltei and Sukhbaatar districts held a meeting yesterday to discuss the requests of former Prime Ministers Bayar Sanj and Saikhanbileg Chimed on changing their detention measure.
The Court decided that there is no need to discuss their requests. On May 10, the court ruled them to detain for another 30 days. They were detained in the detention center #461 for an alleged misuse of power over the Oyu Tolgoi investment agreements.
