The National Center for Communicable Diseases has confirmed the seventh case of measles through laboratory testing.
The confirmed cases involve children who were hospitalized in the pediatric ward of Chingeltei District General Hospital between February 12-23, 2025, and February 27-March 2, 2025. These children were not the eligible age for the scheduled measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine.
Therefore, citizens who were hospitalized at Chingeltei District General Hospital during these periods are urged to visit the NCCD Emergency Department (Rooms 1 and 2) between 08:30 and 17:30 for an examination and to get the measles vaccine immediately.
