In the first quarter of 2024, the total production of the industrial sector reached MNT 7.2 trillion, an increase of MNT 859 billion (13.6%) from the same period last year.
This was mainly impacted by the increase of mining production by MNT 641.6 billion (14.5%) and processing production by MNT 125.4 billion (9.9%) billion respectively.
