During its session on September 5, Cabinet finalized the selection of contractors to complete the construction and financing for the project. Under a public-private partnership agreement, the renovation will begin in April 2019. The project will cost a total of 225 million USD, with soft loan financing from Asian Development Bank and other financial institutions.
