Olympic Champion Kaori Matsumoto to participate at Chinggis Khan Grand Prix

Olympic Qualifier games for Judo Chinggis Khan Grand Prix is to be organized for its third year in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia during July 3-5 at the Buyant Ukhaa Sports Complex.

Below is the list of the female judokas from team Japan to compete at the Chinggis Khan Grand Prix.

Strong team Japan led by Olympic Champion Kaori Matsumoto has landed in Mongolia.

-52kg SHISHIME Ai, Bronze medalist from Chelyabinsk World Championship, two times bronze medalist from Tokyo Grand Slam

-57kg MATSUMOTO Kaori, London Olympic Champion, 2010 Tokyo World Champion, bronze medalist from Paris World Championship, Asian Champion, three times champion at Grand Slam, two times champion from Masters Competition, Asia Champion.

-63kg MINEI Miho, 2014 Youth World Champion, Asia Champion, bronze medalist from All Japan Championship 2015.

-70kg IKE Erina, 2011 Youth World Champion, 2014 Youth World Championship Team Gold Medal, 2011 Junior World Champion, 2014 Youth World Champion, Junior European Cup, bronze medal from 2015 All Japan Judo Champioship

-78kg TAKAYAMA Rika, Asian Champion, silver medal from 2015 All Japan Judo Championship, European Open Champion
