The President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj has been officially welcomed by Park Geun-hye, the President of the Republic of Korea at the Blue House.
During the ceremony, the honor guards were formed and the state hymns of the two countries were performed. Then, children holding the state flags of the both countries greeted the President of Mongolia. After having signed the honorable guests’ book of the Blue House, President Elbegdorj posed for photo.
Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Purevsuren, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Korea B.Ganbold, Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar E.Bat-Uul and other delegation represented Mongolia. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Strategy and Finance Yoo Il-ho, Minister of Foreign Affairs Yun Byung-Se, Minister of the Interior Hong Yun-sik, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Kim Jongdeok, Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Joo Hyunghwan, Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kang Hoin, Chief of Staff of the President Lee Won-jong and other officials from the Republic of Korea were present at the meeting.
Following the welcoming, the Presidents held official talks and attended the ceremony for signing bilateral cooperation documents. After, Park Geun-hye, the President of the Republic of Korea hosted a state dinner in honor of the President of Mongolia.
