“Tamgagui Tur” play to be performed in London

In 2022, B.Baatar directed the tragic historical drama "Tamgagui Tur" or “Stampless Throne” written by Lkhagvasuren Bavuu, People's Writer and State Prize laureate. 

The play “Stampless Throne" which performed its 100th performance in August, 2022, has begun preparations to be performed at the West End Theater in London, the capital of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The West End is one of the world's most prestigious theaters and an arts and culture institution that many tourists visit every year. 

“Stampless Throne”, which has been performed 70 times consecutively at the State Academic Theater of Drama, was watched by 40740 people, earning MNT 5 billion. It has set records in the history of Mongolian culture and art in terms of revenue and number of viewers.

Starting from July 10, the play has been translated into English, Chinese, and Korean by famous Mongolian translators for tourists coming to Mongolia.
