By the invitation of G.Zandanshatar, the Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia, Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlanbek Shakiev will pay an official visit to Mongolia on April 23-25.
In framework of the official visit, G.Zandanshatar, the Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia, and Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlanbek Shakiev will hold official talks and exchange views on the relations between the two countries, inter-parliamentary cooperation and other matters of mutual interest.
During the visit, U.Khurelsukh, the President of Mongolia, will receive Nurlanbek Shakiev, and L.Oyun-Erdene, the Prime Minister of Mongolia, will also hold a meeting. In addition, Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlanbek Shakiev will participate as an honored guest in the "Trans-Altai Sustainability Dialogue" II Conference which will be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on April 25-27.
This official visit is the first visit of the Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament to Mongolia, and will make an important contribution to deepening political dialogue and mutual trust between Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan, strengthening cooperation between legislative bodies, and strengthening the legal basis of relations.
