According to cultural aid granting by the Government of Japan, The Minister of Foreign Affairs, L.Purevsuren and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mongolia, T.Shimizu have signed "Project of supplying storage equipment to Mongolian national museum" note worth of JPY 41.8 million (MNT 690 million) on March 11 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Japan has granted cultural aid worth of JPY 1 billion 560 million (MNT 25.7 billion) to Mongolia until today and it was the 25th project.
Supplying equipment for proper preservation of the ancient history and cultural values besides restoring historic and valuable exhibits is enabled with the implementation of this project.
The Government of Japan is putting valuable contribution to development of Mongolian culture and education through the Cultural Aid Program.
