Date of Presidential election poll from citizens abroad set

The General Election Committee held a regular meeting and set a Presidential election polling date of citizens who live abroad.

According to Article 8.3 of Law on Presidential Elections of Mongolia, the election date was set on May 30 and 31 to take from citizens who live in the countries that have Mongolian Embassies, Representative Offices, General Consuls and Representative Consuls.

In the beginning of 2021, the General Election Committee held meetings and approved the schedule of re-election of the 28th constituency of the Parliament Election. In addition, a 7-member Central Commission was established based on a proposal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to organize the polling of voters abroad for the Presidential election of Mongolia.

Furthermore, the timetable for the 2021 Presidential Election of Mongolia was finalized.
