Yesterday, a video of a foreign citizen named "O.Sh" standing in the center of Sukhbaatar Square and saying, "I came to Mongolia to see this man," pointing to the statue of Chinggis Khaan, "I will treat your descendants like how you treated my ancestors”, and laughing, was posted on social media.
In connection with the video, the police are investigating and resolving the violation against O.Sh according to Article 5.2 (Harassment) of the Law on Violations.
