Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar and relevant officials received the representatives of Vozrozhdenie JSC, one of the largest companies in Russia which operates in the areas of construction of roads and bridges and landscaping. The company’s representatives expressed their willingness to cooperate in reducing traffic congestion in Ulaanbaatar.
During the meeting, the Policy Research and Analysis Center of Ulaanbaatar city experts introduced short-term planning in the area of reducing traffic congestion in Ulaanbaatar city. Mayor said that Ulaanbaatar expressed openness in cooperating on the traffic congestion in Ulaanbaatar city.
"Vozrozhdenie" JSC developed and presented the mathematics-based modeling of Ulaanbaatar city’s road transport. However, the model has not been fully developed yet and the company expressed its willingness to cooperate with the capital city to further develop the modeling with the reality of Ulaanbaatar city.
At the end of their meeting, the sides agreed to cooperate in the direction of developing traffic congestion reduction modeling.
