Bayantsagaan soum are being organised the traditional and annual "Camel Festival - 2015" for two days. Castrated camel, mixed breed camel, young camel in its second year, couple with nice pair of camels and the best female camel nominations are to be awarded besides camel competitions.
This festival have many benefits such as reviving the traditional animal husbandry and culture, increasing the number of camels and developing tourism.
In 2013, Bayantsagaan soum had 1006 camels, while in 2014 the number of camels have increased to 1256.
