According to Presidential Decree No.4 dated January 9, 2012, the date of birth of Chinggis Khaan was made official based on the conclusions of the relevant working group and the scientific proposal, and it was determined to be the first day of winter months of the lunar calendar, and the day was designated as "Mongolia’s National Pride Day'' to be celebrated.
