Due to the second round of presidential election on July 7th, City Mayor S.Batbold issued a decree prohibiting any public event and selling of alcohol.
The decree clearly states that any cultural, entertainment, sports activity and public event will not take place at Sukhbaatar square from 12 a.m of July 6th to 12 a.m of July 8th. Moreover, alcohol won`t be sold and served on these days.
July 7th is announced as official public holiday nationwide. Thus, any organization working on this day shall provide employees with the opportunity to vote.
