November's HPI increased by 0.2 percent over October and by 0.2 percent compared to November 2016. The increase was affected by rising prices for new and old properties on the market.
As of November, the average price for a new residential property reached 2,201,000 MNT per square meter, which is a 1.06 percent increase over October and 6.77 percent growth compared to November 2016.
The price for a new residential property was highest in Sukhbaatar District and the lowest in Songinokhairkhan District. The average price for an older residential property was 71.2 million MNT in November, which decreased by 0.89 percent over October and 4.17 percent over November 2016.
