Banks granted;
- 5% mortgage loans worth MNT 96.8 billion to 2026 people
- 8% mortgage loans worth MNT 268.8 billion to 3975 people.
According to the data, about 800 people have not received mortgage loans.
Moreover 8% mortgage loans of 813 borrowers who bought housings in ger-area re-planned areas, remote districts of UB including Baganuur, Bagahangai and Nalaih and 21 aimags have transferred to 5% mortgage loans.
